NetPlus is the official mobile app for Netplus internet service subscribers, published on Google Play under the developer name NovaTechLB. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it's used.
Account credentials: To show your account information, data usage, and session history, the app requires you to log in with your Netplus account username and phone number. These credentials are stored securely on your device (using Android's secure storage) and are sent only to Netplus's own customer portal to authenticate you. We do not store your password on any external server.
Device push notification token: To send you subscription renewal reminders, the app registers your device with our notification service using your account username and a device token issued by Firebase Cloud Messaging. This is used solely to deliver notifications to your device and is not shared with any third party for advertising or other purposes.
Account and usage data: The app displays your account status, data consumption, and session history, all retrieved directly from your Netplus account for display within the app. This data is not transmitted anywhere else.
We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising or analytics services. Your account credentials and usage data are used solely to provide you with the app's features and are not shared with any third party.
You can request deletion of your registered device token and account association at any time by contacting us at the email below. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored credentials from your device.
This app is intended for internet service subscribers and is not directed at children under 13.
